Comfort and Convenience

The all-new Odyssey will leave parents wanting for nothing. It features available Honda’s CabinWatch and CabinTalk systems, which allow you to easily view the second and third rows, as well as talk to passengers without shouting or taking your eyes off the road. Touring and Elite models also feature HondaVAC in-car vacuum cleaner with a long hose and removable bin. To boot, upper trims have a Blu-ray Rear Entertainment System with 10.2-inch screen. The base model has seating for seven passengers, while there is an option for eight seats.

The 2018 Odyssey is also available with a Hands-Free Power Tailgate and Programmable Height Function for easy stowing and unloading, and versatile cargo space thanks to Wide Flat Cargo Management and Magic Slide Seats. Up front, you’ll love the intuitive 8-inch Display Audio, Driver Information Interface, and available heated and ventilated front seats. Additionally, you have the option for three-zone climate control, leather-trimmed seating, ambient LED lighting, HDMI interface, and Satellite-Linked Navigation.

Safety and Tech

What good is technology if it doesn’t help keep your family safe? Honda applied its advanced engineering to develop next-level driver assistance technologies, including a Collision Mitigation Braking System, Road Departure Mitigation System, Lane Keeping System, and Adaptive Cruise Control. Additionally, it’s available with signature LED headlights, Intelligent Traction Management, Blind Spot Information System, and Cross Traffic Monitor. All models are equipped with a multi-angle rearview camera with guidelines, push-button start, and Hill Start Assist.

The level of entertainment tech will depend on which trim you choose, whether you go with the LX, EX, EX-L, EX-L N/R, Touring, or Elite. Available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Sirius XM Radio, mobile hotspot capability, multi-zone audio, and a wireless mobile device charger.

Performance

The all-new Honda Odyssey is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine mated to a newly designed 9-speed automatic transmission, with available 10-speed automatic. The powertrain makes an impressive 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque; and base models can tow up to 3,000 pounds while the Touring and Elite trims bump towing capacity to 3,500 pounds. The Odyssey gets an EPA-estimated 19 MPG city and 28 MPG highway*.
